Agropecuaria La Unión is located in the state of Guárico, in a wildlife reserve called Esteros de Camaguán; a protected natural area, declared as such by the Venezuelan Government through Presidential Decree number 729 dated March 9, 2000, published in the Official Gazette number 36,911 dated March 15 of the same year.
In this geographical beauty can be seen flooded savannahs in winter, full of nature and color, green due to the exuberant vegetation and the large expanses of pastures. In the same way, multiple vibrant tones of hundreds of birds that capture the nuances of their flights over the blue sky of the estuary can be enjoyed. The place is characterized for being one of the largest water reserves in the country. Below is the comprehensive environmental care activity implemented by the company.
Agropecuaria La Unión applies this model of production and consumption in its operations, since it allows sharing, leasing, reusing, repairing, renewing, and recycling existing materials and products for as long as possible. This model allows the company to address global challenges such as climate change, biodiversity loss, waste management, and pollution, as stated by its mission, vision, and organizational values.
